Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“we”), which runs Restowork. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Restowork.

Who can use Restowork

• You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
• Employers must be at least 18 and authorized to hire for the business they list.
• One person, one account. Keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

What we do — and don’t do

Restowork is a place where restaurants post jobs and people apply. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter. We don’t guarantee that any job is filled, that any applicant is hired, or that any information posted by others is accurate. Hiring decisions, pay, schedules, and working conditions are between the employer and the worker.

Employers and applicants are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to employment — including wage, tip, scheduling, anti-discrimination, age, and work-permit requirements. Restowork does not verify, advise on, or take part in any of these.

Rules for everyone

• Be truthful. No fake jobs, fake resumes, or impersonating someone else.
• No harassment, discrimination, or hateful content.
• Never ask anyone for money, bank details, or ID numbers to apply for a job.
• Don’t scrape, spam, or misuse other people’s contact information.
• Report anything that looks wrong. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Rules for employers

• Post real, currently open positions at a real business.
• Use applicant information only to consider them for your job. Don’t sell it or share it.
• Hire on skills, experience and presentation — never on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, pregnancy, height, weight, or any other trait protected by law. Job posts may not ask for any of these.

Payments

Posting jobs is free, and the first 3 applicants to each job are free to view. To see everyone else who applied to a job, an employer can pay a one-time unlock fee (currently $19 per job), or subscribe to a monthly membership (currently $49 per location per month) that unlocks every applicant on every job. Memberships renew automatically each month until canceled, and you can cancel any time before the next billing date. Prices are shown before you pay. Unlocks are non-refundable once applicant details have been shown, except where the law requires otherwise.

Responding to applicants

Applications stay open until the employer or the applicant closes them; there is no response deadline.

Your content

You own what you post (resumes, photos, job listings). You give us permission to host, display, and share it on Restowork as needed to run the service — for example, showing your resume to an employer you applied to. You can delete your account at any time.

Ending your account

You can delete your account from your dashboard. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and limits

Restowork is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the actions of employers, workers, or other users. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll let you know on the site or by email.
