Spicy Moon, a popular NYC vegan Sichuan restaurant known for bold flavors and creative dishes, is hiring Line Cooks for its growing kitchen team. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with an hourly rate based on experience.
You’ll need
Positive attitude Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred. Experience with wok cooking or Asian cuisine is a plus, but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen. Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. NYC Food Protection Certificate is a plus.
